LIVE POULTRY IS NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE
Due to contagious diseases in birds, it is not allowed to return any poultry onto our farm.
Pick Up Only - We Do Not Ship any Poultry Outside the State of Florida.
We Do Not Guarantee the Sex of Poultry.
Our Chicks and some hatcheries and breeders we purchase from may have been wing feather sexed and will have either an 80% or 90% ACCURACY; Wing Feather Sexing is never 100% guaranteed and more of a breeder to best guess based on wing types at early first few days from hatching. STRAIGHT RUN (SR) means they are not sexed and most bantams and smaller breeds are generally not sexed due to their wings are very small and may cause physical damage. AUTO-SEXING PURE BREEDS or SEX-LINKED HYBRIDS means some baby chicken breeds are able to be sex identified by certain outer feather markings, feather colors or other physical appearances that is specifically in those breeds. Obtaining Auto-Sexed or Sex-Linked breeds offers a much higher chance of getting the sex desired when babies.
Take your new flock member to a poultry vet as soon as possible for a checkup and any needed vaccinations.
LIVE POULTRY POLICY: We take great care in keeping a clean, healthy, DISEASE-FREE environment for our birds and STRICT BIOSECURITY MEASURES are kept in place at all times to help prevent the spread of many communicable diseases that could affect our poultry and possible, even ourselves. Our poultry is produced under supervision of the NPIP and accepted practices are used, however, we have no control over circumstances after they leave our farm. We do blood test for Pullorum-Typhoid, but make no guarantees as to any other types of Salmonella or exposure to other diseases, room temperatures, or any other health care after leaving our possession. We assume no liability for the continuing health of our poultry or humans with which they come into contact. Under no circumstances are we liable for more than the original purchase price.

We are Swait Farms, Inc. in Southwest Ranches, Florida.
We produce farm fresh backyard eggs every day from chickens, ducks and quail. They are freshly packaged at time of purchase.
We breed several chicken varieties and make them available to you from our flock or other NPIP Certified breeders and hatcheries.
We strive to make sure you get friendly, docile, and healthy type breeds.
We did not stop there either, we also produce 100% organic backyard Microgreens in many flavors.
