Fresh Laid each Week - STRAIGHT FROM SWAIT - Right Out of the Nest Box!!!

"These eggs have not been graded as to quality and weight."  Standard eggs can be any given size of Medium to Jumbo, and usually will be Medium to Large.  Our chickens eat a combined diet, consisting of proper balanced chicken feed as their daily intake, along with cooked rice, pastas, fruits, fresh vegetables, beans, organic microgreens, and some leftovers.  Free backyard ranging hens will eat what they find on our farm naturally as well.

ALLERGY:  Some people can be allergic to chicken eggs, always medically check with your doctor or under medical supervison when trying a new food source.

TO HARD BOIL FRESH EGGS - Place eggs in a proper size pot, add water that covers eggs well. Bring to a rolling boil, reduce heat to a medium boil for 10-15 minutes, remove and run runder cold tap water (Do not ice soak them), allow to cool.  To peel; crack the shell by lightly rolling the egg across a flat surface while applying pressure, then peel the shell and inner membrane off under cool tap water. Hard-boiled eggs can be stored in the refrigerator for 3–5 days.
