Yokohama is a German known creation of the Japanese breed brought back to Europe from the city port named Yokohama in kanto, Japan who calls them "Minohiki". Under the right conditions, their tails can grow 2-3 feet per year on males. Besides the impressive long tails and beautiful red saddles, their eyes are colorful red orange. They are great for show exhibition and should not be free ranged, best kept in a dry clean area to better maintain tail feathers.
