BLUE JERSEY GIANTS
LARGEST DUAL PURPOSE CHICKEN BREED IN AMERICA
Developed in New Jersey in the 1880’s and is a cross between Black Javas, Black Langshan and Dark Brahmas. For some time, this breed was raised as Capons (neutered males) and meat broilers in the production industry. Gorgeous rare hard to find color of slate blue with almost a lacing pattern seen.
