Large fowl named after the wendat tribe in 1870. Also known as American Sebright & Sebright Cochin. Crossed with Plymouth Rock, Golden Hamburg or Cochins to achieve certain color variations.

Their striking elegant feather plummage will not only be a welcome to your backyard flock but they are very friendly too.  Their feather colors will breed true.
